1000 Books Before Kindergarten (en Español)
Parents may register their child at any time for this ongoing program. Participation is easy! Just read with your child at your own pace, when it is convenient for you. Keep track of the books you read in a handy binder that will be provided when you sign up. The program will help you to encourage and reward your child for reading activity.
1000 Books Before Kindergarten was created by Sandy Krost, our former Children's Librarian. The program is sponsored by local chapters of the Kiwanis Club, Psi Iota Xi, Tri Kappa and the Lions' Club.
